Busy Mom's Tagging Service
Too busy to Tag your own items? We will prepare and tag your items for you. With "Busy Mom's Tagging service" you still make 50% and someone else does the work for you! Your clothes will be pressed and hung, hangers and tags are provided by us! Clothing must be in "consignable condition". Toys and equipment must be in working condition with batteries. Contact us to reserve your space and receive additional information.

Tagging Procedures

Tag: Cardstock or 3 x 5 index cards cut in half are ideal for your tags. No item will be sold without a tag so please do not use paper as it rips off easily. Download our tag template below on cardstock for quick and easy tags.

Download our Head2Toe tags and just fill in the blanks.

Information ON Tag: Please be sure to include the following information on your tags. (see example below)

  • CONSIGNOR #: please double check your items to ensure your number is correct
  • GARMENT DESCRIPTION: include brand, color, style, etc.
  • SIZE: If possible please use specific number sizes rather than S, M, or L.
  • SALES PRICE
  • A "D" in the lower left corner if you would like your item to be dontated to charity.
  • "NS" in the lower right corner if you do not want your item to be included in the half price sale on Saturday.



Tagging Options

  • Donations: A "D" in the lower left corner will designate that the item is to be DONATED at the end of the sale.
  • 1/2 price sale: Saturday selected items will go half price. A red "NS" in the lower right corner of the tag will designate NO SALE. The item will remain at full price through the end of the sale. Items without it become half off on Saturday. (You may only want to do this if getting your original price is important to you, as items that remain until Saturday sell better if they are half off.)
Tag Placement: All tags should be attached to the upper right side of the garment with a safety pen. Please check the tag to make sure it is properly secured and will not come off easily. It is also important for tags to be easily visible to shoppers. It is a good idea to tape your consignor # on the inside tag of your clothing item. This way if your tag is detatched or lost. We have a way of matching it to it's respective item. If you feel that safety pinning the tag to the garment fabric could damage it, please pin it to the the size tag on the inside of the garment See example below.



Tagging Toys and Miscellaneous items: Please attach tags securely to your items with clear tape. Scotch and masking tape are not recommended. For odd shaped items such as shoes, tags may be attached with ribbon or string.

Hanging Instructions: Please Hang Toddler size garments on plastic tube child hangers. Please do not use wire hangers on any garments, as they tangle easily. Please hang garments with hanger hook pointing to the left. Safety pin clothings sets so that both pieces can be viewed without unpinning them.

Drop Off: Having your clothes sorted by size and gender will help make the drop-off process easier and faster for you.
